I am reaching out to you at the request of Kate Doda, who is beginning an individual development process focused on enhancing her leadership competencies.
Each of us has strengths and "blind spots” - aspects of our behavior or impact that are not always visible to us but may be perceived by those around us. Gaining insight into these blind spots is an important step in personal growth. Kate values expanding her self-awareness and has identified you as a key collaborator whose feedback she greatly appreciates.
