1. AA Demo is splitted to "Status" (first part of the meeting - apprx 30 minutes) and "Technical" part (second part of the meeting - apprx 30 minutes), from which technical part is voluntary (it means, who wants to leave, may leave)
2. AA Demo consist from more detailed status included brief insight into solution. Each project team has dedicated time to present the status and outcome (apprx 8 - 10 minutes) and length of the meeting is decreased to 40 minutes
