Does background mode always work?

The mobile device should synchronise 1 time a day for security reasons. This process should take place in the background. For multiple-phone-depending reasons this can fail. If a mobile device is not synchronised for a long time, you are forced to open the app and synchronise it. You can recognise this by the "Max Sync Time" error.
