This is a short survey with questions about the Jewish community of Almere, it takes about 5 minutes to complete. We have chosen different themes to get your feedback on and would

benefit from your honest opinion and your suggestions for improvement. Even if you are not (well) familiar with the synagogue and community, we would greatly appreciate it if you would

fill in the questionnaire with how you think/view the community. The survey can be completed anonymously and the answers will be collected and your improvement proposals will be taken seriously and discussed with the board.

Are you involved in the Jewish community in Almere?

What activities do you participate in that are organized by the community?

What is the most important reason for you to participate in activities? think of religious reasons, social contacts, etc.

What is your general view of the community? What is going well and what could be improved?

Do you attend services on Shabbat or holidays?

What do you think of the way the shul services are organized? think of times of services, leading the prayer and Torah reading, visitors.

Can you follow the shul service as it is now lead by the Chabad prayer book?

Would you prefer that the services are lead by the Dasberg prayerbook (which is a a bit longer prayer than the Chabad prayerbook)

We are planning to start publicizing parts of the prayer (starting off with some of the songs) in phonetic text. Would this be helpful for you?
