This survey is intended only for the members of the University of Mindanao Class of 1983 otherwise known as Builder's 83. You are free to participate in this survey if you have not participated in the reunions before but you think you belong to this class. Unfamiliar names will be discarded. The Survey will only take a few minutes of your time and it is important that you finish this survey as soon as possible. This will help the committee to plan the reunion very soon. The survey result will be published excluding the sponsorship you signed up for. You will be acknowledge for contributing the success of the reunion at the time of the event or perhaps after the event in our website. You can provide comments at the end of the survey. We currently have an existing fund which will be reserve for expenses prior to the reunion or member charity or donations. So this is whatever is left of our incoming reunion fundraising.
