Genetically Modified foods describes the process in which the genetic material of the product is altered to achieve different purposes or elements of the product. A lot of food that you eat has been altered in this way, including milk and sugar. Unfortunately, these products bring a handful of negative effects when consumed, it is shown to increase chances of cancer, loss of nutrition, increase toxicity and in some cases allergic reactions to the product.
