As preparations for the FUEL For Success workshop we would like the get an insight on the current state of your work environment, collaboration and trust within the team. It is a short and quick questionnaire that we will elaborate on during the workshop. It will cover the F FUEL (Frame the conversation).
While making this questionnaire please keep in mind that you need take on a roll as employee within a rooms division team from a hotel. This workshop was planned by your team manager due to her noticing tensions on the work floor and poor collaboration making the work environment not completely efficient.
