This Agreement defines the terms and conditions of the co-operation between By Malina and the Retailer. The purpose of the co-operation is for the Retailer to purchase the Products offered from By Malina for the further purpose of the Retailer will sell the products in store or/and online for the mutual benefit of the Parties.
