Welcome! This survey is intended for people who are at least 18 years old or older and have been officially diagnosed with stroke.

Your participation is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time.

Completing the survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. The questions will be about self-efficacy and how you experienced the use of measurement tools during stroke rehabilitation. The information gathered during the survey will remain confidential. No personally identifiable information will be reported anywhere.
