Buongiorno,


sono una studentessa presso l'Università di Alta Austria e frequento il programma Global Sales and Marketing. Questa indagine fa parte della mia tesi di laurea magistrale, in cui sto esaminando l'aspetto personale delle vendite, intendendo l'importanza che un venditore può avere nelle relazioni commerciali.

Un punto focale della mia indagine è il modo in cui i venditori influenzano la fedeltà dei clienti nell'industria italiana del marmo e del granito, soprattutto quando lasciano l'azienda e passano a un concorrente. Sarei lieta di conoscere la Sua esperienza attraverso questo questionario.
