Public COVID-19 Summer Registration - Murfreesboro Club

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Due to COVID-19, your Boys & Girls Club will be opening a modified non-traditional Club program on June 1st to assist essential workers. We will open in a limited capacity and will operate in a 1:9 ratio. In order to maintain safe social distancing and keep members 6ft apart, we are limited to how many children we can register. Because of this, we will have a lottery for our registration. All fees for children of essential workers will be coved by DHS from June 1st through August 6th.

Criteria for the lottery includes, but is not limited to:

• Members must be rising 1st graders through 12 years old
• Custodial children of active essential workers
• Members must be able to comply with social distancing, following directions, behave positively and safely, and does not require physical assistance or intervention
• Members must be dropped off between 8am-9am and will have their temperature checked before entering
• Members must be picked up between 4pm-5pm unless arrangements with the Club have been made in advance
• Be able to pick your child up (or have someone designated to) within 30 minutes in the event of illness or behavioral challenges
• Completion of this survey by 11:59pm on MONDAY, 5/25/2020

Any families who registered prior to our closure will either be placed in the lottery or will receive a refund for their registration.

Our modified non-traditional summer program is subject to change in the event of increased illness in our community.

*Each participating member will receive a box with individual supplies to keep with them through the entirety of the program.
