Engaging in the strategic planning process is a helpful and often common activity for public organizations. However, using or implementing the plan after this process is less common, and less is known about how organizations approach actualizing strategic plans. This study strives to identify the most effective strategies and techniques for maintaining a dynamic and meaningful strategic plan. Your valuable insights will help this study understand how organizations approach creating and using their strategic plans.
Ultimately, the information you and others provide will populate a report for an academic requirement of the UNC Master of Public Administration program of which I am a student. All information will be reported in aggregate and anonymously.
