I understand that water sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or even death.

I confirm that I am renting this equipment and will participate in these activities voluntarily and at my own sole risk and responsibility.

I expressly agree that Laguna Watersports, its staff, employees, agents, and partners are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage, incident, or any other negative consequence that may occur during or as a result of the use of the rented equipment, or participation in related activities.

I declare that I am in good physical and mental health and that I am capable of safely participating in water activities. I assume full responsibility for the proper and safe use of the equipment, and I commit to strictly follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Laguna Watersports or its staff.
