Welcome to this survey on well-being in our MRBC department.
Over the last few months and at the end of this presidency, we have noticed that the team is losing cohesion and that general motivation in our department is declining. We've taken the initiative of organising an internal survey within the MRBC department, so that we can think collectively about the various actions that could be put in place. We invite you to complete this questionnaire to gather your impressions of the way our department operates. This survey is part of a wider review of the way our department is structured.
The anonymity offered, although optional, is intended to provide you with an opportunity to communicate freely, for the greater benefit of our entire team.
