It’s been a while, and we’re excited to restart this as a regular check-in to understand how you’re doing and where we can make Daytrip better together.
This short survey is your chance to share what’s working & what’s not. We’re especially focusing on feedback and impact during the next two OKR cycles to understand how we can best support you.
Your responses are completely confidential. We’ll ask for your team and location only to help spot patterns, but we will not share team-level summaries or anything that could be linked back to you as an individual.
Lucie and Laura will review the results and share a high-level summary in the next All Hands, and managers will get key takeaways where relevant, but always in an aggregated and anonymous way.
