Questionnaire: Developing a new circular mayonnaise:
This survey aims to understand the preferences of potential mayonnaise customers concerning a circular* mayonnaise. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used for research purposes. The duration of the survey is approx. 5 min.
* In this case the circular ingredients of the mayonnaise are circular eggs, circular sour dough used for circular vinegar and circular mustard. Circular means that those ingredients are for example made by using old bread.
