One of the things that is important to us at Levante Living is fostering a positive and supportive culture. We believe that the cultivation of a robust, inclusive, hard-working and celebratory culture is intentionally crafted from its leaders and then permeates the rest of the organization. While we have received good feedback from many of you surrounding confirmation that a good cultural foundation has been laid here at Levante, there is room to grow.  As you think about continuing to build on a good foundation, we’d love to know your thoughts from a Levante Support Office perspective. What are we doing well? Where are there opportunities for growth?
