This questionnaire is part of a MSc internship project at Wageningen University, focusing on soft drink consumption. The questionnaire is anonymous. Even if you do not consume soft drinks regularly, your participation will provide valuable information.

The remaining questions in this survey concern all types of soft drinks (regular and light), including: cola, lemonade, fruit juice, smoothie, ice tea, flavoured water (Spa Fruit, Dubbelfrisss, Crystal Clear, Rivella), energy drink, sport drink, kombucha etc.

Hot drinks such as tea and coffee are not included; neither are still and sparkling water.
