my name is _Uju Uzoma Iheama____ a graduate research student of Electronic Government at university of koblenz Germany, and I'm counting on you to partake in this survey. This survey is being conducted among university students and staff as well as co-operate workers within Lagos metropolis, and i would like your opinion as a Lagos resident.
