SeMS (Security Management System) Questionnaire

This questionnaire is created for the purpose of getting an overview of the level of security management or Security Management Systems implemented in companies, which are represented at SAF SEC Prague Conference 2019. All responses will be kept confidential. The overall results will be presented during the conference, with the key conclusions. All contributors will receive the detailed analysis of the results, with a report on the findings. The conference presentation, the detailed analysis and the report will be anonymized and no person or organization will be identified.

The questionnaire contains 14 questions in total. The first 11 represent the main components of security management, and most organisations will have implemented at least some of the components partly, so we allow a score between 1 (not implemented) and 5 (fully implemented). We have made these 11 questions mandatory because we need to be able to collate all answers. The lowest score in every question allows you to say you don’t have that component, and we have tried to give examples that are amusing and friendly. Answers for the questions nr. 12 and 13, are not mandatory. Question 14 asks for the company/area that you personally represent at the conference.
