The good conversation.
The good conversation lasts about 1 hour. The manager always starts by asking the employee if he or she has anything they would like to discuss. There is also feedback from the previous conversation. To have a different kind of conversation with each other, there is the option Using a deck of cards. This deck of cards, called "open hearted - team spirit," contains questions to make the employee think about how one is in the team or how one wants to be. Thus, one does not need to prepare anything for this conversation.
What is the “talent development review”?
The talent development review takes about an hour and will be around the employee’s date of entry in case of an indefinite contract, and two months before that date in case of a fixed term contract.
This conversation has two parts:
1. The supervisor will approach two colleagues. They can express their appreciation of their colleague, through the use of a mindmap or an appreciation-form. These are also added to Hooray, and will be discussed in the conversation between the employee and their supervisor.
2. There are also questions which will be answered during the conversation. These questions will be prepared by the employee; see attachment 2. The supervisor will make a report of this in Hooray.
