PhD exit interview

The survey collects feedback in a standardised manner about the following topics: 

(1) Scientific, technical and personal support during the PhD

(2) Education and training

(3) Future career

The survey is anonymous so the answers will not be trackable to you. To ensure the anonymity, no names of people or groups can be written down in the free text questions.

In case you have any serious personal complaints which require naming specific individuals, please refer to HR, the confidential counsellor or the C3 member.

Keep in mind that you can schedule an interview to further discuss your time as PhD at Nikhef further, but the interviewer will not have access to this document.
