CRESST YR satisfaction survey

Hi everyone :)

We have been asked to run an anonymous survey to understand if there is some unhappiness among YR. As this matter is really important, we would like to understand if the unhappiness/dissatisfaction is spread to everybody or specific to some groups. Therefore, there will be general questions about CRESST and questions about your groups. At some point, you will be asked to select your group and to select your position in the group. If you do not feel comfortable sharing this information, feel free to skip these questions. However, keep in mind that the results will not be shared with the entire CB but with the Ombudsperson only. Therefore, we all are in a safe space, and it is important to understand if there are group-related issues or issues related to some specific groups (e.g. PhDs, Master students, ..). The survey has plenty of space to elaborate on your issues or problems. It is extremely important to elaborate on the things you are not satisfied with, so please take some time to elaborate and explain the issues to us. We will be happy to receive all of your thoughts and comments, and keep them confidential. Do not forget that you can always approach me (Francesca) or Margarita to talk about any problems/issues/concern you have in a totally confidential way.

P.S.: At the moment the Ombudsperson is Belina (as the YR asked her to take on this role in December 2024), but we will vote again in our next meeting (April 29) to make sure we have someone that we can all trust and that we all agree is a good candidate. If you cannot join the meeting/do not want to speak up about preferring somebody else to tak eon this role, just write to one of us :)
