Dear Participant,
I am Gabor Becker from IBS Budapest - University of Buckingham studying MSc Marketing Management. For my Dissertation, I am conducting a research on long-haul airlines' cabin products and delivered in-flight experiences.
Participation is voluntary, and it is possible to terminate participation and to decline from answering questions at any time.
Data is collected anonymously during the study. All data collected will be handled faithfully only for the purpose of this research.
The questionnaire takes approx. 10-15 minutes to complete.
