The Board is responsible for evaluating the extent to which the Executive Director has fulfilled her responsibilities and achieved her goals in this fiscal year. For each of the responsibilities and goals listed below, please rate Bridget’s performance by checking one of the rating levels provided. To provide context for this evaluation, you have been provided with a copy of the Executive Director’s position description as well as Bridget's Annual Performance Goals for FY2025, which Bridget has annotated with her self-assessment of her progress toward those goals. Advocates effectively for MARE with prospective donors and develops strategies to cultivate new funding sources
Interacts effectively with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families and develops other external relationships and collaborations to further MARE’s mission
Works with Board members to organize Board and committee meetings
Provides timely updates to the Board regarding programmatic developments and issues
Provides the Board with timely and accurate information necessary for the Board to carry out its responsibilities, including to monitor MARE’s fiscal health
Works with the Board to recruit new directors, with sensitivity to the Board’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
