Hello everyone,
as you may already know, the HR All Congress will take place in Zurich on September 26th, where the Global Talent Acquisition Team will have its own booth. To make our booth as unique as possible and stand out from the crowd, we have decided, among other things, to organize an interactive quiz via Kahoot where attendees can answer questions about specific metrics using their mobile devices. There will be three answer options, of which one - of course - will be the correct one, and the other two should be fun answers.
Here's an example: 5 is the number...
A) of steps a recruiter takes per day
B) of organized interviews per day
C) of times a GTA member facepalms because of HR business partners.
The goal is to find the funniest possible answer options for 5-6 questions, as seen in the example in point C (which isn’t my personal statement btw).
You will now be presented with a few questions, and the task is to provide your most creative and GTA-typical incorrect answer to each question. You can skip a question if you don't have an idea. In another survey on Monday, you will be asked to rate the suggested answers based on their humor. We will decide on Tuesday which questions will make it to the congress (as we can only use 5-6 of them due to time constraints). The two funniest incorrect answer options will then be available alongside the correct answer on September 26th. Thank you very much for participating, and let the creativity flow!
