How customer perception affects brand reputation

For my final thesis, I am conducting a research project on the impact of client perception on the business reputation, with a particular focus on the corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The aim of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing CSR initiatives in shaping the perception of clients and enhancing the business reputation. This study will delve into how clients perceive CSR practices within businesses and how these perceptions influence their overall perception of the company's reputation.
