This survey aims at gathering data on the impact of weather index-based crop insurance on technology adoption, productivity, credit access and digitization among farmers in Ghana. The data collected will exclusively be used for academic purposes. Under no circumstance will your private information be passed on to a third party. Your participation in answering these questions is entirely voluntary. Your answers will be extremely beneficial towards the achieving the aims of this study. We will respect any decision you make about answering our questions. Choosing not to answer these questions or to stop answering them will not have any consequences for you. We would however appreciate if attempt is made to answer all the applicable questions. It will take about an hour and half (90 minutes) of your time.
