Regular meetings with your manager is important to improve cooperation and collaboration, we would like to understand from you if such meetings take place and what are area’s we can improve. If you were the manager what would you do differently ?

Receiving feedback from your manager on your work is important. Not only during the obligated mid-year and end year moments, but also on a continues basis. Do you receive valuable feedback and do you have area’s for improvement ?

As a part of your development goals you will also be required to take trainings, seminars etc. Teva offers a very wide range of trainings . Are you able to identify trainings yourself or are you depending on your manager for this and if so why ? Would a global list of SC courses be helpful ? , do you have any other suggestions ?

Yearly goals setting is an important process to ensure we improve business and work as efficient as possible. Normally we see a mixture of cascaded goals from management and you are also expected to set individual goals. These goals need to be set according to the SMART principles. What suggestions do you have to enable you to create effective individual goals.

Employee wellbeing is important to all of us, we see in each office local initiatives to improve this. Are you being informed by local HR of this and do you have any suggestions to improve Employee wellbeing?

We continuously strive for an environment where people feel they can provide constructive feedback. We would like to understand from you if there is anything we can further do to improve this.

We have initiated regular coffee table times and training sessions within our team. We are depending on you for the agenda of such sessions, therefore we would like to hear from you certain topics / area’s where additional information / trainings would be appreciated.

Onboarding & Hand-over trainings. We all need to take a break, days off during the year and we depend on others to take care of our work. You are most likely also taking over some work from your colleagues during their absence. How well is coverage coordinated and do we have any ideas for improvement in this area or the onboarding process.

We continuously see a low score in our survey regarding recognition. We want to further motivate internal recognition (non-salary) to improve this and would like your idea’s / suggestions for this

What could improve cooperation & teamwork locally and globally to elevate to a higher level ?Which unit/group do you expect more support? (AMs, CX, finance, outside Teva vendors)

The intended TAPI divestment was announced. What are your main concerns about the divestment?

We have several Townhalls in our organization and we would like to continue also with specific TAPI Supply chain townhalls. What would you like to see or hear in such townhalls to ensure they are beneficial for you.

What would be the main reasons to (1) stay with Teva and (2) to leave Teva?
