Coles have an ID 25 policy for knives and tobacco products. All applicable customers are required to provide proof of age if they are purchasing an age restricted product. 1). Ask 2 TMs to articulate what to do if a customer is puchasing a tobacco/knife product? ***They must ask for ID for anyone who looks under 25 to confirm if they are the legal age*** TMs to be asked are to be supervisors who sell tobacco
