Assessing the Impact of Work-Life Balance on Government Employees in the Cayman Islands

I invite you to participate in a questionnaire focused on work-life balance among government employees in the Cayman Islands. My name is Reina Robinson, and I am a civil servant with 27 years of experience. I am currently pursuing higher education at the University College of the Cayman Islands. As part of my academic coursework, I am conducting research to evaluate the impact of work-life balance on government employees. This research is guided by the following question: How do policies and practices implemented by the Cayman Islands Government influence the work-life balance of its employees? Specifically, this research will examine aspects of these policies, including flexible work arrangements, leave entitlements, and support programs to manage and promote well-being.

Please rest assured that all responses will remain completely anonymous and confidential; no personally identifiable information will be included in my research findings, and such information will not be disclosed to any external parties.

This questionnaire comprises nine open-ended questions, and I encourage you to provide candid responses.
