In this survey I use the term "external project" meaning the project from the customer (Cariad, Škoda, Audi, and so on) and "internal project" referring to the project related to the increase knowledge approach.

Given the approach goal and your role, do you feel that this approach is effective for you? please elaborate on your answer, whether positive or negative.

The goal of this approach is to allow you to expand your knowledge in fields outside your project's scope. Explorers should concentrate on Android frameworks, whereas navigators should engage in code reviews, mentoring, guidance, and recommending improvements.
