Neck Stretch—Side Bends Instructions: Sit or stand upright. Gently tilt your head toward your shoulder until you feel a stretch on the opposite side. Hold for 15–20 seconds on each side. Reps: 3x each side

Wrist Flexor Stretch Instructions: Extend your arm in front of you, palm up. Use your opposite hand to gently pull your fingers back toward your body. Hold: 15 seconds per side Reps: 3x each hand

Seated Thoracic Extension Instructions: Sit on a chair. Place hands behind your head. Arch your upper back over the chair back and look upward. Reps: 5 reps Hold: 5 seconds

Shoulder Rolls Instructions: Roll your shoulders forward for 10 reps, then backward for 10. Reps: 2 sets of 10 (each direction) Helps release built-up tension in traps and upper back.

Hamstring Stretch (Seated) Instructions: Sit on the edge of a chair and extend one leg straight out. Lean forward from the hips with a straight back until you feel a stretch. Hold: 20 seconds each leg
