My name is Mahira and I am a senior International Business student at ROC Midden Nederland. For this semester I am required to carry out a market research project. For this research, I have chosen Spotify. Spotify is a large digital music streaming service which gives access to millions of songs and artists all over the world and with a premium membership, users can use Spotify without any restrictions.
Spotify has a membership called 'Spotify Familiy', where 2 to 5 people on the same address can use one account. With this questionnaire, I'd like to identify whether people would use Spotify if there is a membership where multiple users can use one account, but who do not live on the same address.
I have prepared a short questionnaire which will not take more than 3 minutes.
