You are in a bustling market. A young lad pickpockets a wealthy looking noblemen and is caught, but slips out of the wealthy man's grasp. As he escapes, he knocks over Grandma Matilda's apple stand, but if you act quick enough you can catch him. What do you do?

You are a juror in the court of Baldur's Gate. Today's case is "People vs Lord Decimus the Bonemonger", in which Lord Decimus is the alleged offender. Lord Decimus has been accused of unlawfully raising the dead to construct his Tower of Doom and Dominion without consulting proper permits and city bylaws. However, Lord Decimus claims that the tower will be a prominent tourist attraction and source of free labour, as well as a ward against the enemies of Baldur's Gate. The people claim that not only that necromancy is illegal, but no act both good or evil should be done without adhering to proper rules and regulations. The Juror is split down the middle, and you are the deciding vote. Explain your choice with as few or many as words you deem necessary.

In reward for your evil acts, you are rewarded with the choice between four impossibly evil relics. They are: The Hand of Vecna, The Mace of Tortured Souls, The Wand of Orcus, and the Book of Vile Darkness. Which relic do you choose, and what do you do with it? You are a well-trusted lieutenant in a cult worshipping Bane, the god of tyranny and cruelty. Explain in detail.

You have just been captured by paladins of Tyr. They have you shackled in a dungeon underneath one of their fortress monasteries in order to find out the location of your secret lair, where your hostages (sacrifices) are being prepared. When the guards aren't looking, you have the opportunity to perform any hidden action (try to loosen restraints, send message, etc) before they turn around again for a fresh round of torturing. Thinking outside the box, what do you do and why?
