Dear participants,

Now you have the opportunity to influence the services offered by the City of Oulu to exchange students. This survey aims to gather the experiences of those who have come to Oulu for exchange studies, focusing on self-development, continuous learning, and discovering free time activities. The goal is to identify and address potential pain points. The survey is conducted by a student group from the Product Development course of Industrial Engineering at the University of Oulu. The results of the survey are anonymous and will be used in the service design of the student group responsible for the survey. The results will be presented to the City of Oulu, which has commissioned the project from the university.

In our survey, we use the term learning and free time activities. This term refers to the following: hobbies, free time, self-development during free time, learning during free time, and areas of interest during free time. Think about all activities related to free time activities, such as nature trails, sports clubs, craft courses, community events, cultural events, reading circles, book cafés etc.
