Numele meu este Mihaela Gaspar si sunt studenta in anul III la Facultatea de Psihologie in cadrul Universitatii Titu Maiorescu. Acest chestionar face parte din lucrarea mea de licenta si vizeaza evaluarea satisfacerii și nevoilor psihologice asupra performanței profesionale.

Consimtamantul informat. Participarea la acest studiu este voluntara, datele raman confidentiale, fiind folosite exclusiv in scop academic. Aceasta presupune completarea unor chestionare. Procedura nu implica niciun risc si dureaza circa 20 de minute. Completarea chestionarelor este voluntara si va puteti retrage oricand, fara ca acest lucru sa aiba consecinte asupra dumneavoastra. Nu exista raspunsuri corecte sau gresite, important pentru calitatea lucrarii fiind sa raspundeti sincer, in functie de ce simtiti si ce va caracterizeaza cel mai bine.
