During the November 2018 Joe Rich Ratepayers and Tenants Society General meeting, the Members voted to have the JRRATS Governance Committee conduct a review of the Society Constitution and Bylaws.
This questionnaire is a way of giving the JRRATS Members and Joe Rich Community an opportunity to engage in the process of keeping or changing the Constitution and updating and constructing the Bylaws so that they reflect the Joe Rich Community and provide clear direction to the Joe Rich Ratepayers and Tenants Society Members
