The Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park has adhered to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS) since 2010, aimed at promoting and growing sustainable tourism that respects and enhances natural, cultural, and traditional features of this territory. Therefore, at a view to improving the quality of the services that the Park offers, it is important to survey the visitor satisfaction level. The questionnaire we are proposing is aimed at exploring the positive aspects to be enhanced, but also and above all, the critical aspects to be solved.
We would therefore be grateful if you would fill in the online questionnaire in all its parts, with suggestions, advice or comments in the last section that could help us improve our work.
