2026 Holiday Market Vendor Application

WRMS is accepting vendor applications to participate in this year's West Roxbury Holiday Market, scheduled for Saturday, December 5th from 4:00 - 7:00pm. 

The Holiday Market will take place outdoors in the Rockland Trust Parking Lot (1920 Centre Street). WRMS will provide 10x10-foot tents and 8-foot long tables to vendors selling products.

We expect this year to be well attended based on the numbers from last year.

The deadline to apply is October 21, 2026.

Vendor Fee*: $150 (payable to West Roxbury Main Streets at time of application acceptance)

Holiday Market vendors are provided a fully prepped vendor space that includes the following: 

8-foot table and cloth

10x10-foot tent

2 Chairs

Lighting 

*The vendor fee helps WRMS offset event expenses and equipment rentals. Vendor sales are historically very strong at this event.
