Dear participant,
On the former PNEM site and the nearby municipal green area with fountain we want to realize, together with the city government of Helmond as co-owner, a new residential area: Nieuw Binderen. Together with the neighborhood and the new residents, we will define what Nieuw Binderen will look like. We have been working on this since 2019. You can read about this at www.nieuwbinderen.nl.
Earlier, the interest groups in the neighborhood gave their input for Nieuw Binderen. Partly based on this, VFO Architects I Urban Design made several draft designs. We would like to hear from you what you like or dislike about them and where we can improve. We are also interested in your opinion about various themes that you see in the designs, such as types of homes, green spaces and traffic.
From 25 February to 9 March 2022 you can use this online participation tool to see the draft designs (2D and 3D images and videos) and give your opinion.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to fill in the online participation tool, without watching the videos. While completing the tool you can go back and forth through the steps. Once you have clicked 'Submit' at the end, you cannot go back anymore. This means that you cannot change or fill out the online participation tool again.
