Change payment details

Credit Card payments are done by our partner Stipe. Any changes in the payment details needs to be handled with them directly

If you have an active subscription and have paid for your Survio subscription through Stripe, you can access our self-service portal using this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/5kA6s8fzp1bxcuIeUU


Important

Stripe's self service portal does NOT accept your Survio account credentials! If an account with the given e-mail address exists, Stripe will send a one-time password to the address.

  • If your invoice reference number begins with FVS, you paid through Stripe and can use the self-service portal.

  • If your invoice reference number begins with AKD, you paid through our payment partner Cleverbridge, and cannot use the self-service portal. Contact Cleverbridge in case you need to change any billing details: https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

  • If you paid using an advance invoice, please contact us directly.
