Can I pay for Survio on a monthly basis?

We offer monthly subscription options for our paid plans. You can easily switch between yearly and monthly payments by selecting the appropriate option above.

Is it possible to make a one-time payment for access to features such as downloadable reports or email invitations?

No, you need to purchase a premium plan to access these features.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes, it’s vital to many businesses using our services. Depending on the subscription you choose, we renew your subscription on a monthly/yearly basis. It’s your responsibility to deactivate the automatic renewal.

What is your refund policy?

In short, you’re entitled to a refund of your first order within 14 days after the purchase date as long as you haven’t taken advantage of downloadable reports and e-mail invitations. Automatic renewals will not be refunded. More information is found in our terms and conditions (section 5. Payments/Fees and Refunds).

What payment options do you offer?

In most locations, we support credit card payments and Paypal. With the exception of advance invoice (see below) the payment methods offered during the purchase process are the only ones available.

How can I pay with an invoice?

You may pay for annual subscriptions of Standard and higher plans with an invoice. Read more about which payment information is required to create an advance invoice properly. Once you pay, a regular invoice will be available in your account.
