Users many time face a problem with not seeing the surveys already created in our platform.
The reason is very simple. You are most likely in a different account.
In most cases you logged in previously under different account or account with typo with the email. Or you are now logged in under account with a typo.
Within Survio you can create an account very quickly without any registration process. This format has an disadvantage, which is possibility of creating multiple accounts without realizing it.
In case you do not see your survey:
Have a look into the account details and check if the email is correct
2. If you can see a possible problem - log out and log in back with the correct email.
3. In case you are still uncertain and you have a link to the survey you are missing - contact our customer care team with the details and the team will be able to let you know, under which account the survey is located.
Survio does not delete any survey or data without user consent, meaning the platform did not delete anything.
In 95% cases, not seeing surveys already created is because you are in the different account.
