Click on three dots (...) of the survey you want to check and select results

Open the survey in the survey editor
Select Results
2. In the left-hand menu, click Survey summary stats to view key statistics about your survey
Report includes information about:
Number of visits
Submitted answers
Unfinished submissions
Total completion rate
You'll also see an overview of survey visits by date and the sources of traffic (e.g., direct link, social media, etc.).
