Sharing the survey and survey management

Within a team plan, you can share your survey to anyone from the team to collaborate on the survey together. Also others from the team can share the survey.

This feature is available only for team plans (PRO Business 3 and higher)

How to share the Survey to the team member member

  1. Log in to your account

  2. On the main menu, select the survey you want to share and click on three dots (...)

  3. Select Share access

4. Choose a team member and click on Invite

Shared survey appears to the team members in the Share surveys folder, located on the main menu

Team plans also provides option to set individual access rights.

Access rights types

  • Editor

    • Access and see only own surveys or surveys shared by other colleagues directly to this use

  • Administrator

    • Access and see only own surveys or surveys shared by other colleagues directly to this use + see billing information

  • Owner

    • Access own surveys + via survey management (in account settings) can access surveys of all members and see billing information

    • Can move surveys from one user to another

How to access Survey management

1. Select Survey management in Account menu

2. Click on the member of the team. The member's surveys will appear

3. You can edit the survey, change owner or delete the survey
