Survio offer various types of plans. Over the course of Survio existence, we changed a names and structures of plans many times and most likely will do so in the future as well. This is made due to the changes in industry, new functions and features and the demand from our customers and the market. Yet the subscription option stays the same.
Within the list of plans you can select from a range of plans, which specific limits, functions and features.
From subscription perspective, you can use annual or monthly subscription. Just use the toggle.
Monthly subscription model explained
Monthly subscription can be purchased only via Credit Card payment and its variants. Invoice payment is not possible fot this model.
Subscription works as industry standard in the subscription field.
It is automatically renewed every 30 days. Meaning, if you purchase on 10th of March, licence is automatically renewed on 10th of April.
The subscription principles are transparently presented prior to the licence purchase.
Without this consent, you are not able to proceed with the payment.
We consider this as very clear and transparent way to inform how the subscription model works.
You can cancel the licence renewal at any time in your account.

Annual subscription model explained
Annual subscription has same principles as monthly subscription (as describe above). The charge for the licence is made once per year and you are subscription for the next 365 days of the licence.
Over the course of this period - you can cancel the renewal at any time. Not the licence itself, just the automatic renewal.

Additionally the Annual licence can be purchase not only via credit card, but also via pro-forma invoice. In case you are interested in invoice payment, contact our sales team.
Refund policy for "un-wanted" renewal
Survio does not clearly stared the policy about licence renewal. Not only in our terms and conditions, where it can be hard to find. We also clearly inform about the process of logic of subscription model before actual purchase of the licence.
Each refund processed by company has significant cost attached to it.
Because of this, Survio does not offer any refunds for purchases, made by user mistake of not acknowledging the subscription method principles.
