An outage on Survio’s public website does not affect the collection or submission of survey responses. If there is a temporary outage with Survio’s email provider, any email invitations that were queued for delivery will be sent automatically once the issue is resolved. You do not need to take any action to resend these invitations; the system will process the queue and deliver the emails as soon as the service is restored.
