1. Welcome page
On the welcome page you can create and edit the survey title and add a description to explain the purpose of the survey to your respondents. Also, you can motivate your respondents with rewards to increase the response rate!
2. Page(s) with questions
These are the pages where your survey questions are displayed. For more complex and lengthy surveys, we recommend creating multiple pages. Group related questions together on each page, such as demographic, economic, or identification questions, to create logical sections.
Tip: Here's how you can divide a 10-question survey:
1 page with all 10 questions.
10 pages, each with 1 question.
5 pages, each with 2 questions, etc.
3. Thank you page / exit page
