Adding a logo to your survey

Logo in the survey is a crucial element of the survey. Logo presence is increasing the response rates. Branded surveys are highly recommended if used in a business environment.

Logo can be added to:

  • Welcome page

  • Survey page(s)

  • Thank you page

Welcome page

  1. Open the survey editor

  2. Select the welcome page

  3. Click on logo icon and upload the logo

  1. Open the survey editor

  2. Select the survey page

  3. Click on the logo icon and upload the logo

  4. Logo is uploaded to all survey pages in case you have more than one

Thank you page

  1. Open the survey editor

  2. Select the thank you page

  3. Click on the logo icon and upload the logo

Tips

  • For best result, upload the logo with transparent background

  • Maximum logo file size is 2MN

  • Recommended dimensions are 200 x 100 pixels
